Folic Acid
Folic acid is a water soluble vitamin found in many foods and particularly in leafy green vegetables that is essential for the critical biosynthetic pathways involving transfer of methyl groups to organic compounds. There is no evidence that folic acid, in physiologic or even super-physiologic, high doses, causes liver injury or jaundice. — LiverTox
