Bis-(4-hydroxybenzyl)sulfide is an organic sulfide that consists of two 4-hydroxybenzyl groups covalently bound to a central sulfur atom. It is isolated from Gastrodia elata and Pleuropterus ciliinervis and exhibits neoroprotective activity.
