First, a polymer is created by the reaction of Styrene, Ethylhexyl Acrylate, and Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate PEG-13/PPG-2 Ether. Next, the polymer is reacted with Succinic Anhydride followed by sulfonation and neutralization to produce the sodium salt.
