The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from r-Thermotoga Maritima Polypeptide-1, Oligopeptide-105, Oligopeptide-106 and {25967; Hexapeptide-40}. The fused peptide contains 431amino acids and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
