Description
Silicone Quaternium-25 is a complex polymer formed by the reaction of glycidoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, a PEG-39/PPG-6 block copolymer terminated with 2-aminopropyl groups, and N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-1,6-hexanediamine. Trimethylamine is used as a capping agent and a combination of Lauric Acid and Acetic Acid are used to neutralize residual amine groups
